As our Chief Growth Officer and CMO, Justina is more than a title. She’s a force of nature. With over a decade of experience in both B2B (business to business) and B2C (business to customer) marketing, she brings a unique blend of strategy, storytelling, and people-centered leadership to everything she does. Her brain works like a whiteboard of possibilities, always connecting dots and shaping big ideas into tangible impact. She doesn’t just look at revenue charts—she sees relationships, momentum, and meaning. 

From spearheading firm-wide brand development to refining client experiences and building systems that actually work, Justina is the bridge between vision and action. She helps everyone around her think bigger, communicate better, and execute smarter. She’s also our unofficial Chief Energy Officer 💃🏻. Whether it’s curating music playlists to pump us up before a big client pitch or helping us define our goals in a way that’s actually inspiring, she knows how to bring a room—and a team—together. 

A Life as Bright and Expansive as Her Strategy 

When she’s not guiding BryMar’s growth trajectory, Justina lives her own version of the good life out in Bend, Oregon. A proud sun-chaser, she spends her time trail running through Central Oregon’s stunning terrain, skiing both downhill and cross-country when the snow hits, and stand-up paddling or outrigger canoeing any chance she gets. If it involves nature, movement, or a splash of adventure, she’s all in. 

She’s also the kind of person who will absolutely crush a board game night, especially if her family is involved. She adores her people—her family, her friends, her team—and finds joy in meaningful moments, whether they’re shared across a dinner table or during a long paddle on a lake. Her life is a beautiful balance of momentum and stillness, connection and curiosity. 

And if all that weren’t enough, she’s launching a podcast called LifeAdvice1440. Inspired by the 1,440 minutes in each day, the podcast is a series of conversations with people from around the world sharing their life advice—honest, thoughtful, funny, and real. It’s a project that could only come from Justina: part reflection, part exploration, and all heart.
