Since 2017, Sandy has worked alongside Michael Bryant, now Managing Partner, and their professional journey has been one of mutual respect, growth, and shared ambition. Back then, Michael was a partner at another firm, and Sandy was a Senior Manager—already known for her natural leadership, client dedication, and ability to inspire teams. Fast-forward to August 2023: the two joined forces to launch BryMar, a firm built on the foundation of integrity, connection, and a better way to serve clients.
